Novae Dental Studio provides comprehensive general, cosmetic, and restorative dental services. All treatments and procedures described on this Site are subject to professional medical judgment and individual patient suitability. We reserve the right to refuse service or adapt treatment plans based on comprehensive clinical assessment.

We value your time and the time of our clinicians. When you book an appointment, we exclusively reserve that time for your care.

• Notice Required: We require a minimum of 24 business hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment without penalty.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive significantly late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid delaying subsequent patients.
• Missed Appointments: Repeated no-shows or late cancellations without sufficient notice may incur a cancellation fee, applied at the discretion of clinic management.

Our fee structure aligns closely with the current Ontario Dental Association (ODA) Suggested Fee Guide, though specific complex, cosmetic, or specialized procedures may diverge from the guide based on materials and laboratory costs.

Payment is expected in full at the time services are rendered. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit, and cash.

Insurance: As a courtesy to our patients, we offer direct billing (assignment of benefits) to most major Canadian insurance providers. However, you remain ultimately responsible for any fees denied or not fully covered by your insurance policy.

By becoming a patient at Novae Dental Studio, you agree to:

• Provide comprehensive, entirely accurate medical and dental histories.
• Inform us immediately of any changes to your health status, medications, or allergies.
• Follow the post-operative and preventative home-care instructions provided by our clinical team.
• Treat our staff and other patients with courtesy and respect at all times.

All content, branding, logos, photographic imagery, and written materials found on this Site are the exclusive intellectual property of Novae Dental Studio and are protected by Canadian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without express written consent.
